When we got there it seemed a bit busy so we wanted to be patient when we saw the buffet tables were mostly empty. So we snacked on fruit and pudding. I never say no to deserts first but they didn't even have deserts out yet and the ice cream machine said out of order. We waited and watched. I asked a server (not our own) if it was not yet dinnertime, they said it is and the tables would be filled soon. We were getting hungrier so I again went to fill a plate and saw only 1 person scrambling to fill all the buffet himself, so I was still patient and trying my best to keep my husband and kids polite. I decided to stand by the empty stir-fry bunker hoping they would see that this whole row of build your own raw stir fry was empty. There was a whole other family waiting there with me for the same stuff. He did finally come fill part of it - can't expect one person to do everything all at once. We ended up leaving hungry. Went home and had leftovers. This is not my first not great experience at this same place. It seems I go home hungry from China Sun Buffet every time. Usually it's just a lack of options.
