According to the clients' reviews, Chinese dishes here are quite good. The good staff meets you at this restaurant all year round. Terrific service is something that people highlight in their comments. The homey atmosphere is to be found here. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant Chinalab a high rating.

Terrible experience at this chinese resto! The moment we walked in, the place already felt cold and unwelcoming. There was only one table occupied, yet instead of being greeted properly, we were met with a chef/server who looked visibly irritated and angry as if customers entering were an inconvenience. His facial expression alone made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable and unpleasant. No smile, no warmth, no basic hospitality and he’s dragging in the kitchen. Because of how unwelcome we felt, we decided to leave without ordering anything. Shockingly, we were still asked to pay ¥30 each for the oshibori we had used. Charging customers after making them feel unwelcome is honestly ridiculous. Customer service here was appalling and far from the level of hospitality Japan is known for. Disgusting experience, and definitely not a place I would recommend. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
