Chinese Chef’s employees seem to hate it there because everytime I have gone there, my servers have always been quite a bit snotty. The food is often old there, and it takes forever to get new food put out when it’s empty. I have been told by my friends, who were past employees there, about how awful they get treated. They don’t get paid enough for any of the horrible things they get put through there, and they certainly don’t get tipped enough. The price is a bit too high for what this establishment has to offer. However, I will admit that the tables are always clean. 8/10 for food. 5/10 for price. 4/10 for environment (people wise).

Good Buffet Style Chinese Restaurant. One of the best Chinese restaurants in the Coffeyville, Parsons, Independence area and (in my opinion) the best buffet style Chinese restaurant. Good select with good flavor (compared to typical Kansas buffet restaurants). They also have peel and eat shrimp on ice. The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. When I drive to Parsons, this place is where I usually eat.
