Definitely gone down hill since new owners took over. Food quality is poor. Watered down many things including even the hot mustard. Meat is dry and tough in many dishes. Sechuan dishes have no spices - no zip. Wine glasses and decanters are so worn, they look dirty. Serving plates were filthy on their undersides. Very disappointing - won't go back.

Got takeout today from Chinese Dragon. Got pork fried rice, BBQ pork appetizer and cream cheese wonton. Fried rice did not have much besides rice, bbq pork was dry and rather tough and the wontons were fried in rancid oil and tasted bad. Don't think I'll be going back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
