New management recently. Not what it used to be. We’ve been going here for the last two years and it was going great till recently. Because of new management the menu has changed and the food quality has declined. You don’t get as much food as you used to. Oh well, gotta find a new Chinese restaurant I guess. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

After we took over, we decided to launch a brand-new full menu, and the traditional 2-course and 3-course platters that you used to order have been discontinued. We fully recognize this change has made your dining experience different from what you remembered, and we sincerely apologize for the letdown. The food is soooo good, and the price is great for the portion. My new go-to Chinese takeout. The sweet sour chicken is my favorite. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The sesame chicken is a must-order. The boba is amazing as well; I recommend taro and mango. Highly recommend this place!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am pretty picky about Chinese take out. I have had a lot of poor experiences at other places, with service, food quality, or sanitary issues. When walking into Golden chef express, the first thing I noticed was how incredibly CLEAN this restaurant is. Very IMPRESSIVE. The lady at the front counter was so polite, and had such a kind demeanor! The food was FRESH, and everything was delicious! You can’t beat the prices either! The gentleman who brought us our food was also amazing, and gave me a LABUBU keychain long story short…great service, CLEAN, and amazing food, all for a good price! I will be back…a lot.
