I'm so glad there's a local spot with good Cheung fun in Philly!! I had been craving Cheung fun with hoisin and peanut butter, but was daunted with the idea of making my own Cheung fun noodles. Thankfully, I was able to pick up a pound of noodles and quickly satisfied my cravings. The noodles were soft and thin, and I'm glad to have this location in the neighborhood!
