Chinese Restaurant Raki is the number one Chinese restaurant in Noshiro City. The 63rd birthday started with a glass of draft beer and a bowl of winged gyoza that looked like a 1/2 pizza. Finally, we arrived at the main dish (bowl) of tandan noodles. After the numbing spiciness, the complex flavor of almost medicinal food intertwines with the thin, slightly sweet straight noodles. So, without choking on your throat, you move on with your chopsticks, move on, move on. Completed the meal in no time. I was able to see the bottom of the bowl visually for the first time in a while. It may seem obvious, but please keep hot food hot. Vegetables are polished with fire and oil, increasing their nutritional value. It looks crispy and dandan noodles increases your appetite. Bypass now looks like a ramen street, but I realized that Raki is a Chinese restaurant that can compete with just one dandan noodle. Next time, I'm definitely dreaming of having 360 degrees of winged shrimp dumplings all to myself.
