After being ignored at the counter when we had a booking, we then had to wait close to an hour for our food. I paid $33 for a big breakfast and got pathetic cuts of cold bacon, a tiny cold sausage and a small piece of stale cold toast. Seems they only lol after customers they deem are good enough. Waste of money and terrible produce Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Average food, extremely poor service. Quick to bring your beverages but then you wait 30 minutes for your food order! They are quick to ask if you want another drink and if your response is no they return 5 minutes later and tell you that you only have 15 minutes left as the table is booked for others! This has happened the last 4 times I’ve been and sadly this was my last. Far better places in Perth for good food and service.

I have visited Chinta a few times but my most recent visit will be my last. Booked fr 4 online originally and called up 48 hours before booking to change to 5, was advised this was fine. When my friend dared arrive ten mins early for booking she was ordered to wait outside but the owner in a condescending tone. When i arrived i was shot a dirty look by this same lady and told it would be a tight squeeze and wed just have to deal with it. Restaurant was far from fully booked. The way she floats around and is rude to just about everyone she encounters is a shame. Looks like she should have retired a while ago. Wait staff where mostly terrible. Very little English. One poured a wine that was no more then a mouthful, she had to be asked to pour a proper serving. Food was delivered by a waitress who didn't know what the food was and just plonked it down. I asked for no onion and my dish came out with onion. Coffee was barley drinkable. All in all terrible and the food did little to make up for it. Expensive, mediocre and the service lets the whole thing down. Five people that will never return.
