The cookies were cold, hard as hell, and disappointing. I’m not going to lie, never in my life have I ever thrown away a chocolate chip cookie. Well today, I threw all 5 that came in the box. $16 dollars for bland hard cookies. I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews. Let me just put pictures for yall and hopefully a video if it lets me. Save ur gas, money, teeth, and jaws and go somewhere else.

Cookies honestly tasted very off. They felt borderline raw. They weren’t worth the money that I paid for the box of 4. Wouldn’t really recommend this place. Spoke to one of my friends and she said she got sick from eating cookies here. So take that as you will.

This is my 3rd order with chip cookies and I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered 2 boxes of the chip flip box which brings 4 cookies and when I got my order I bit into the boneless chip and found a long piece of hair in it. When I tried calling the store to let them know I kept getting a busy tone. Never again will I buy from them again. This is a food safety issue. I don’t understand how a long piece of hair gets baked in a cookie. Why aren’t the workers wearing hair nets?
