Hi Anne we are sorry to hear your order took longer than expected. Depending if you came around supper rush time all of our food is made fresh to order and we have nothing in warmers and our kitchen does have limitations on how much food we can produce Also depending on what items are ordered we can serve out items that take less time which may seem that orders were getting served before. If you can please reach out to us via FB so we can know approximately what time you came and we can look further into the matter via our cameras. And make sure this is not in fact happening . As for all the items being on top our poutines are layered somehow we must of missed the mark on your order but thank you for bringing this to our attention and I will verify with staff to see what happened.
