Place has completely gone down hill. Ordered a meal to be delivered to my father who is in coleraine hospital, hadn’t arrived in an hour so called for an update. The lady who answered the phone said the driver had attempted delivery and called multiple times (no missed calls on our phones and my father was waiting in the reception area). She then shouts down the phone ‘well the delivery driver isn’t lying’ so what we are? Why would we spend money on food for my father and not be waiting for it? Think about it! We have lived within the heights all our lives and been regular customers to the chip inn. Never again will I order from there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
