This location is understaffed and disorganized, which the staff works with what they can. However an employee with tattoos, Maria, adds onto the issue by not being a team player and by having an attitude. It looks like she does not want to be there and does not want to be bothered. There were 2 other employees who were handling multiple tasks meanwhile she was too distracted sending personal voicemails on her phone. She causes confusion because she can’t be bothered in assisting with simple rewards redemptions. She just does not want to do anything and leaves the work for everybody else to pick up. And careful with calling her out because she will catch an attitude and will glare at you. I think Maria should look for another job. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is probably the slowest chipotle in Texas. Staff doesn’t care if there’s a line of people waiting. Such a shame because chipotle didn’t used to be like this. The food was not bad it’s literally the crew and you can tell there’s no one in charge here. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
