I’ve been coming here for a few years, but usually go out of my way to go to a different location. However, ever since Macklin the new Manager showed up the service seems TO BE WAY BETTER! I visited the restaurant recently and had an issue but he fixed it right away! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Have been going to this location for years for lunch and dinner, they never disappoint. The serving sizes are always just right and the staff is kind and hospitable. The GM Mac is very friendly as well. I will definitely continue going to this location! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The portions were ridiculously tiny, like they were barely giving any food at all. On top of that, the soda was completely flat and there wasn’t even any ice. Everything about the visit felt low quality and disappointing. Definitely not coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’re sorry to hear your experience with us was less than stellar, Jasper. You should always expect great quality and well-portioned food at Chipotle. Please share more with us at https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us so someone can be in touch with you directly.
