This was easily one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at Chipotle, and the worst part is, it’s not a one-time issue. This happens every time I go. The chips are consistently stale, which is unacceptable for something that should always be fresh. It shows a repeated lack of basic quality control. On top of that, the portion sizes have clearly shrunk, yet the prices keep going up. It feels like you’re paying more and getting less every single visit. There’s no consistency, and definitely no value. The atmosphere doesn’t help either. The place feels cold and uninviting, like customer experience isn’t a priority at all. When the food quality, portions, and environment are all lacking—and it’s a repeated pattern—it becomes hard to justify coming back. I will definitely be going out of my way to drive to a farther one or just avoid Chipotle as a whole which is sad. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I came in at 10:15 PM, 45 minutes before closing time and there was no food and the staff said they were not going to cook a single thing. They turned away 2 people in front of me, me, my boyfriend, a group of 4 boys. In total 8 people were turned away from a restaurant that had 45 minutes of serving time left. If the restaurant closes at 11pm, customers should be served until at least 10 minutes before closing. We were not the only people turned away, as I sit here in my car, in front of the chipotle, I have seen 5 other people attempt to get food - they walk in and out empty handed. Not only is this horrendous service, you just lost revenue from 12 or more people for your franchise. There are more people who will attempt to get food but won't be served. Losing business and waisting time and money in a staff that won't serve. Silver lining, I'm glad I wasn't served. I went to a local Greek spot called Kismet Cafe rather give them business anyway! This location isn’t good. I don’t know if it’s the company overall or just this spot, but the bowl portions—even with double meat or other protein options—are really small, and the flavor can be pretty bland. Something seems off, so I’m not going back. I only went because it was convenient and close. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
