Stopped in to this Chipotle today, 7/4, with my family. Three employees were working, two of whom were delightful. The third, a young woman, was unnecessarily rude and almost confrontational when I corrected my order. She told me I had not asked for something that I defifinitely had. And truly, it meant opening up my bowl and adding said ingredient. Which she made a big deal out of. My son then ordered a burrito and was rushed through the process, to the point where he did not even get to ask for the things he wanted because the same young lady had already started rolling up the burrito. The restaurant was not busy, so that could not have been the reason for rushing it. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking, "Maybe she's just having a rough day." However, even if youre having a bad day, it does not give you permission to treat people the way she treated us. Especially when it's the bare minimum of doing your job. Also, they gave us stale chips. Will not be returning to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $60–70 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had a pickup order in the drive through. Completely dead, was 5 minutes early to the time. Nobody behind me in line. I get to the window to be told I have to come back in 5 minutes because there are orders ahead of mine? I understand that but I’m here now, I’m not even 5 minutes early. 0/10 service from their employees Service: 1
