Usually have a decent experience with this place. But I had the worst chipotle bowl of my entire life. I bit into a block of salt/sour flavoring, I think it was for the rice and it was an intense numbing sour/salt taste that overcame my mouth. The rest of the bowl tasted like crap. Rice tasted very off, honey chicken tasted too sweet, etc. I never had a bad experience with Chipotle before but this was the single worst bowl i ever had. I’m only giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, because manager offered a refund

Sigh, tonight on 8/3, it tastes like they dropped the entire salt bag into the steak ————————— The experience here isn’t always consistent but the staff on the shift around 8:50pm today 3/25 was really kind and nice. Food quality on this shift was great. Food: 3 Service: 5
