Everyone here is working very hard during the lunch rush, there is no doubt; however, the system that the workers are evidently being forced to use to distribute mobile orders is baffling and inefficient. The shelves designated and designed to hold mobile orders are not being used. Rather, heaps of orders are piled up behind the counter and customers have to either wait until a harried worker asks them their name and digs out their order individually, or interrupt an already busy worker to look for their order in the pile. This is an utterly inefficient and frustrating non-system for everyone involved and needs to be remedied by Chipotle ASAP. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
