This is my favorite chipotle, the food somehow tastes so much better than the other locations. The fajitas especially have way better flavor. The employees are always nice when I pick up and they never forget anything when I order online unlike a lot of other locations. Wish I would have taken a picture of the food to add to the review before I ate it lol but I have never been disappointed here Food: 5 Service: 5

This is the most incompetent chipotle that ever existed. I don't understand why I order through the app, arrive when they say it's ready, and have to sit in drive through for 20-30 minutes each time. This makes no sense. I also ordered and was charged for queso and received none. Nor have I ever received utensils when I request them every time. I will not be back to any Chipotle due to this location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was surprised to see the food area somewhat cleaner then my last visit. #2 the male on the register was quite annoyed because I refused to Tap my debit card vs inserting it. He stated it takes to much of his time. Keep in mind he is one of the whispering ones on the food line! This Chipotle should Shut Down, until it's #1 Cleaner #Professional Worrker. We need to stop going there until management take control. My Last visit to any Chipotle!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner 4 months ago
