There is a female manager at this location of Latino decent who I have encountered numerous times over the years. Despite always treating her with kindness and respect, she consistently comes across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service should be a priority in any restaurant, and her behavior falls far below the standard that customers should expect. As someone currently studying Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, and as a manager in the food service industry myself, I understand the importance of hospitality, professionalism, and customer service. After years of supporting this location, I have reached my limit with the blatant rudeness and disrespect I have experienced. It is disappointing to see this kind of behavior from someone in a leadership position. I will definitely be taking things further to contact the market leader. Went in today to get a chicken bowl, and I get home and there isn’t any chicken on it. I take the bowl back to get it re made and the lady at the register starts ARGUING with me about every thing. First she said I could only get a side of chicken. Then she told me I had to pay for the green sauce, she actually had the receipt already so when I pointed it out that I already paid for it once she starts asking me where is it???? Arguing over a cup of sauce. The young black gentleman at the register handled it professionally by far. He kept telling her to just give me the bowl. He pointed out that I paid already. This lady continued arguing the entire time. The last thing she proceeded to do was tell me how I should handle it next time. NEXT TIME JUST PUT THE CHICKEN IN THE BOWL AS REQUESTED. SIMPLE!! Terrible customer service!!! TERRIBLE!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
