Will not be back to Cullman Chipotle!!!!!!!!! We spend so much money here and this is the second time to TRY to redeem free rewards from the app and the refused to give it to us!! Why have an app, get points but not be able to redeem them because they can’t “see” them.. Service: 1

my husband and i are on a high protein diet and stopped by after getting our kids some happy meals, since we let them eat before we came in to chipotle, we didn’t order them anything. after getting our food and sitting down, the staff brought some oranges and a kids bowl of chicken and rice for the kids to have. We know our kids were already fed but they didn’t and went the extra step to make sure they were fed thank you to the amazing staff that was working today. i won’t forget your kindness. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We wanted to give Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cullman a try. We see them everywhere in our travels but have never eaten in one. This was our first and last try. The place was ice cold and has zero atmosphere. We both got the bowls. My wife got the chicken and I got the steak. To us it was just a lot of rice with a few other ingredients on top. Yes it is filling as rice always is. Not much taste, not even warm. The cost is about $35 for two to dine. As far as value goes, that is outrageous for what we got. It makes much more sense to go to a good full service Mexican restaurant and get a good meal of your choice for no more money. Plus you could also enjoy the bowl of free chips and salsa as part of you meal. No we will not be returning to Chipotle Grill anywhere. UPDATE: Tried to leave review on Chipotle contact us but hard to get to and don't think that it went through. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
