In the Northpark location some employees, have to to have an extensive training, in how to give a decent customer service, and explain them, that that’s a work place and not “their home” and cannot yell to the customer “Don’t give me attitude”If customers are in line, And generally, you as employee have to respect the line order. Employee cannot choose which customer it’s next. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Worst Chipotle experience ever. No guacamole, QR scanner didn’t work, and nobody could scan it manually either. Employees were rude, impatient, and acted like customers were bothering them even though it wasn’t close to closing time. Food was cold and flavorless. Definitely do not recommend this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To be honest this place i feel like gone down hill in the last couple of months. I dont know what happened past the holidays but its like they forgot to know how to wash their hands or not touch their nose while handling food its honestly pretty gross. I frequent this mall and have noticed the shift which sucks because i used to love coming here :( hopefully they pick up their act soon because someone is going to end up getting sick!
