As someone who goes to Chipolte way too much this is easily one of my favorite locations, food is always fresh, portions are always big, and the line usually isn't long and even if it is the service is really fast. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you for the kind words, Cameron. We love hearing from guests like yourself. See you next time!

I’ve been coming to this location for about 10 years, and I’ve never experienced service this poor. On 5/16 around 5 PM, the employee serving food was very unfriendly and unwelcoming from the start. She barely spoke to us throughout the interaction, seemed careless while preparing the food, and gave very small portions even after we politely asked for more. Overall, the customer service felt rude and dismissive, which was really disappointing considering my past experiences at this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We’re sorry to hear your experience with us was less than stellar, Yaneliz. You deserve a full meal and great service every time you walk through our doors. Please reach out at https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us so we can look into this for you.
