Maria, the general manager runs a very good restaurant. She has personally taken care of things like refilling empty salad dressings on order and made sure every time I or anyone else for that matter has received not only the food quality but the customer service. Kudos to Maria for running a great restaurant but also caring about people. Ten out of Ten stars. Come to Lafayette, CO and see Maria and her team. They remember your face and are extremely kind. Type of place I come back too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tonight’s order was a huge disappointment. First bite into my quesadilla and it immediately tastes burnt, I flip it over and one side is completely black. Then trying to douse it in guac so it was semi edible and got a huge chunk of avocado skin. The worst part is you contact chat and there is absolutely no way to get a resolution. Just a “we will pass it along to the leadership team.” Thanks, that does nothing for your customer that just wasted $12 on a quesadilla. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This Chipotle was one on my favorites. I will never go back. 5:30 on Sat, no line, most of food was not prepared. I never, ever had any server shake the chicken off the one lousy scoop of chicken that they give you. I was upset. 2nd an employee back talk me while i was eating, I'm a paying customer. Chipotle is a multi-billion dollar company, and this is how they treat me and you. This restaurant needs serious help. I talk to manager, she said sorry, didn't offer anything. I might never go back to another one again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
