I don’t know why but chipotle employees are always just angry and in a hurry and a bit rude. I feel like it’s McDonalds. Idk but I try to avoid this energy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

A minor issue was turned into a saga by multiple failures of Chipotle's customer service. I ordered a steak bowl and the steak quality was awful, I threw it away. Easy enough to resolve, just give me a refund right? Wrong. I got on the Chipotle app and was connected with a person to help me, then the person did not respond after multiple pings and basically ghosted the chat. A couple weeks later I emailed customer service about the instance. I filled out a form with the email with all the details of my order. Someone responded, asking for all the details I just provided on the form. I didn't have time to look it all up again so I responded several days later when I had a minute. Then the agent tells me that it's now been too long to do anything, even give me a credit in the app. Even though I originally tried to resolve this the day it happened. It should be really easy and obvious for them to do the right thing here, but instead I was made to jump through multiple hoops resulting in no refund for a substandard quality meal that was thrown out.

This is my favorite Chipotle location by far. The service is always fast, the food is fresh, and the staff does a great job keeping things moving. I had an issue one time, and the General Manager was very understanding and took care of it right away. The parking lot is a little awkward to get in and out of, but that definitely won’t stop me from coming back regularly. Great location overall! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
