This was my third time visiting this Chipotle location, and my previous experiences had always been positive. Unfortunately, today’s visit was very disappointing. For some reason, Todd decided to charge me extra for requesting double portions. I explained that I had done this multiple times before and had never been charged additional fees. I only requested three items on my burrito, yet he insisted that I should always have been charged for double portions. He even stated that he would be coaching his staff because they were apparently not following company policy correctly. I completely disagree with how this situation was handled. The company’s messaging has always been “If you want more, ask for more.” At no point was it made clear that I would automatically be charged extra in the way Todd described. What made the experience even worse was that Todd discussed this matter loudly in front of other customers who were waiting to order and pay. I found this very unprofessional and embarrassing. Because of the way I was treated and how the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location. Management should address both the inconsistency in how customers are charged and the lack of professionalism displayed during this interaction. General manager, Chris Johnson, is out of his mind. Being there one month or more, belittled my wife and had her apologize to an employee for covering her shift. I get it but you didn't have to do it in front of everybody. I called corporate already because GM's should have common sense in talking to mother's of 3. They aren't children. And like I told the office person. Nobody has ever asked Me to apologize or anybody else? You are out to of line and don't need a big title. Leave females alone. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The food has been hit or miss recently and I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. What I’ve been disappointed on are the portions. There were two gentlemen ahead of me who both ordered a bowl with protein being chicken and steak. Observing, each scoop of protein filled the tip of the spoon. If half of the spoon was filled, the guy would shake some off. Can’t expect a man to be full from 5 cubes of steak and palm worth of chicken. Comes my turn, I ordered a bowl with double chicken. Portion was depressing. To put into perspective, the amount of chicken I got probably amounted to 3/4 of a chicken thigh. I could’ve went to Safeway and bought a few pounds of chicken thighs for less than what I paid for my bowl. I’m not expecting a mountain of chicken on my bowl but people work hard for their money and come expecting a nice filling meal. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
