The manager refused to give me extra two sides of beans. This is obviously NOT what the CEO of Chipotle claims that they would do it There is no option on Chipotle website to share my experience. If Chipotle really care about customer experience, all the stuff should be trained per CEO’s announcement. Not letting customer to be confused and to be embarrassed by the manager at the restaurant, making me feel like bagging for more food. If the company cannot make the promise and train all the stuff accordingly, please the CEO shouldn’t make this kind of announcement Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1

Worst experience, the restaurant was super dirty. All trash cans were overflowing with trash, the tables we’re all dirty. Will not eat at this location again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50
