I placed a pickup order at Chipotle Mexican Grill and the experience was unacceptable. When I got the bag, the food was everywhere inside. It looked like it had been thrown together with zero care. The packaging was a mess, the contents were spilled, and everything appeared dirty. It was honestly disgusting and not something I felt comfortable eating. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one ever called me back. That lack of response made the situation even worse. We ended up throwing the food away and going to McDonald’s instead. Whoever packed that order clearly didn’t take any pride in their work. This level of carelessness should not be happening. I will not be returning to this location. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst Chipotle in Colorado. Avoid at all costs. The photo attached is apparently what constitutes a full burrito bowl with extra. I know the ceo hates us poor people. I will never give Chipotle my business again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I come to this location it is an off time of day. Never during a rush hour and the restaurant is disgusting. You can see the streaks on the tables where they wiped them, but it looks like they just rubbed cheese and sour cream across the tables. The napkins are empty. There's ice all over the soda machine. The floor is like a compost pile. It's disgusting. Like others. I have submitted multiple reviews, contacted the manager etc. If you don't mind, a really gross environment of the food tastes just as good as any other Chipotle but trying to find a clean table to sit at is not an option Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
