Don't waste your time this place when it first opened was awesome thought I would stop in and get a good meal i walked in the tables were dirty went to the bathroom the sewer had backed up ordered my food it was cold and didn't not taste well got it to go and couldn't even find napkins it's clear to me the employees put very little effort in the appearance and the quality of the food no wonder qdoba across east Washington is always busy i will never return and I definitely will just keep going to qdoba sorry Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Super frustrated with the chipolte on east wash. They said they were out of sour cream. I was disappointed, but then I get to the end of the line and they were literally pouring fresh sour cream into a container. I looked at the lady and said, you have sour cream right there. She then said, sorry that is only for the take out orders. I said, you’re kidding right? She said, no I’m sorry. That is absolutely ridiculous. I was craving chipotle and now I am having to drive to the grocery store for sour cream that should have been included in my meal. I will not be back any time soon! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

This was my 1st time going to Chipotle Mexican Grill, I certainly hope not all the locations are like this one. The food was mediocre. The service left a lot to be desired. The server made me feel rushed while preparing my order. I selected brown rice, and wish I hadn't. The brown rice was hard like it was under cooked. There was no way to tell the difference between the steak or barbacoa burritos once I got the order home. Not a very good service model in my opinion. The steak had definitely been sitting out for a while. I may give Chipotle Mexican Grill another try, I just probably will not visit this location again.
