I was there for a BOGO entree deal, and they were incredibly skimpy with their portions. Furthermore they refused to give me extra portions of ingredients for my bowl because of “the BOGO deal”. Mind it is Chipotle’s POLICY that is that standard extra rice and other free ingredients is included at no extra charge, regardless of promotional offers. No hate to the employees, whom were just doing their job - but to the managers and owners. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I have been a client of this location since they opened in 2018 and sadly I have to say the service, atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant are terrible these days. Im not sure if there is a new management but I can tell the quality overall has decreased notably. To mention few of the failures I witnessed in my last visit:. Staff going to the washroom while wearing the apron. The cashier wearing gloves to hold the ladder and then manipulate the ice and bagging the food, all this with the same pair of gloves. In the back I saw a guy making guacamole and when he put the cilantro he did it with bare hands, as long as I know everyone must wear gloves when manipulating the food. In addition, Im a big fan of the fresh lemonades and to my surprise at 10pm the lemonades station had been removed, this is not fair for the clients who visit the restaurant in the last hour. The cashier was very entertained with her phone while the other staff making the bowls had to cash out the clients at the time. In my opinion; this location does not deserve to carry the name of Chipotle Mexican Grill, I have been a loyal client of Chipotle for years but after this visit I feel nauseous to come back. This is a big callout for the head office to monitor and ensure this branch closer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
