Went to get a burrito bowl for dinner and was given such small portions and the workers seemed to have no issue with it. My bowl was definitely not enough for a meal, and was not worth the $10 I spent at all. It was literally so empty I was able to finish it in 4 bites. I went to the other chipotle down ISU campus and was given a much larger portion for a lower price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It is very disappointing when you go to the chipotle on E College in Normal because don’t have what you needed for your dinner. We were told the Chipotle on N Veterans Pkwy had all ingredients we needed, got there and they had all, so got both dinners. Got home to eat our dinner and NO DRESSING. That is what we specifically asked about and was not put in the bag. This has happened many previous times and it is as I said very disappointing and frustrating. Obviously your employees are not completing their tasks to make sure customers are pleased. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I always order through Mobile app and most of the times it appears to be missing something in my order and even my last order missed something and they end up taking money.. Even though I try to reach the customer team, no use!! Not worth for the money.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
