Wish I could put 0 stars. Ordered food online using app. Picked up the burrito bowl. Got to my other destination and it was missing the guacamole, black beans, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and lettuce. But it did have 3 large scoops of sour cream. Both the ticket on the bowl lid and the receipt listed all the right ingredients but they were not in the bowl. Went back to the store a few hrs later with receipt and picture proof. A lady claiming to be the manager said we could go through refund process online, which tried to just give us some free guac. Staff was very insincerely sorry they could not refund anything else. 0/10, will not be back. Kinda ruined chipotle for me. The lack of flexibility to help a customer out when you make the error. Too bad so sad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
