I was very dissatisfied with the service I received when getting food for my family. The lady standing next to the register was rude, condescending, and acted like she had never had any type of power in her life. We had to change my sons order from a kids' meal to a bowl because she didn't feel that my son should be allowed to order tacos without taco shells. It this is a rule. It's not written anywhere, and so we upgraded to a burrito bowl. What was upsetting was the way she spoke to us. But the whole line of employees seemed to be disgruntled on this day, so I will never return to this Chipotle. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Chipotle Mexican grill has done a good job at reinventing their food. It is fresh, it's full of taste, and it makes you want to visit at least once a week.
