My son age 16, went to make a purchase. The staff was rude and unprofessional. This isn't the first time they were rude to him Will never return. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So this chipotle definitely wins the skimping the customers out award between route 4 west and route 17 south. Food tastes great but damn yall really gonna force me to try moes or Bubbakoo’s or just eat something else cause damn it’s literally no meat . I literally almost just walked away after she served my portion of meat. CHIPOTLE CORPORATE PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!! Chipotle Mexican Grill in the Westfield Garden State Plaza Mall does not take customer service very seriously, are we surprised? I had to say my order 3 times to a few different people and was just getting waved down the line until I hit the register. Once at the register I had to again say my order and wait for it to be made which was just chips and lg queso, not complicated. I am not sure what the dress code policy is but I don't appreciate having political statements thrown in my face by associates who work at chipotle from their facemasks. Everyone is allowed to have their own beliefs but the workplace is not the time to make any statements unless you work for a political campaign and this is not the case. I am disappointed in the service I always get at this location and try my hardest to always use mobile ordering to avoid situations like this but the mall internet and phone service is being renovated. Please address the lack of respect, customer service skills, and straight up ignorance of the team because it is a consistent problem. Also the new queso is fantastic but the chips at this location are always old, dry, and stale.
