This store is suppose to be open till 10PM and didn’t have a lot of veggies at around 6:30 PM. I have never heard of a chipotle outlet not having chips available before. On top of that, they didn’t even have paper napkins. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered on the app so I could swing through the digital pickup lane quickly. I waited for TWENTY minutes in the drive thru. Would have been ten times faster to just go in the store and order. Every car in front of me took 5 minutes once they got to the window, like they hadn’t even started working on their order yet. Awful. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I can understand the bad reviews. There are only 4 people working at dinner and only one of them is actually making burritos. This locations issue isn’t the staff its management. They need more people working during rushes. I’ve been here 20 minutes and I’m still 6 people away from the front. And two people have been waited on. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
