This is consistently the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s always a mess, always out of everything and usually only has one person working the counter. The line and the conditioner of the restaurant is always atrocious. The owner need to roll up their sleeves and start policing this messor just close it. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime, I come to this location, I am Dissatisfied with the service. In my experience(s) here, the employees do not know their own menu. The orders I ask for are majority of the time wrong either they would forget to go get an item(s) or make it a challenge inorder to get a specific food item on the menu. Which gives me the impression that the employees are Distracted or just not Listening to a word the customer is saying. Even when one repeats the orders 3+ times or step by step the order will still be wrong. Not to mention the attitude is a problem as well. This is not one of Chipotle Mexican Grill locations that I would recommend... it might be a travel, but try Redlands or Fontana locations. The improvement in Customer Service is Satisfactory.
