Visitors may have nicely cooked burrito bowl, chicken and steaks at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. A lot of reviewers think that the staff is creative at this place. The spectacular service is a big plus of this spot. Many guests report that prices are reasonable. Extremely rude manager! Continues to mess up the orders and does not want to take feedback! This is the second time this has happened here. I ordered two rice bowls, but for some reason, the rice had an extreme amount of salt, making it inedible. I returned the bowls to request new ones made from a different batch of rice. However, the manager became extremely rude, accusing me of having consumed most of one of the bowls (which was actually for my son, who didn't realize). Despite my understanding, she continued to rudely instruct her staff to 'only make one bowl for this guy,' insinuating I was freeloading. At this point, I became angry and decided to forget about getting a new bowl, instead requesting the manager's name, which she refused to provide. Fortunately, one of the workers, who was very nice, whispered her name to me: 'Maria.' The issue is not only with the repeated errors in this Chipotle branch but also with the extremely rude manager, Maria, who lacks proper manners to handle such situations. Yes, indeed, I really enjoyed the food prepared at Chipotle Mexican Grill in McLean. . I have also enjoyed the food at the Saratoga Chipotle and the other Chipotles on Old Keene Mill Rd both in Springfield, Va. The food is nutritional, fresh and prepared well. I buy the Vegetarian Bowl or the Salad and take it home since I can get three or four meals out of one order. I stopped going to expensive eat in restaurants since i discovered Chipotles and the economics and nutritional factors of this excellent food.
