My girlfriend placed an order online, showed up, and the lady simply said "we don't have an order for you." And walked off. She had the confirmation number on her phone, proof that the order was placed at the right location, and the money had been taken out of her account. A guy came up and said "I believe you placed the order, but we don't have it on our screen. You can get in line and order though." As if she's going to wait in line on her lunch break AND pay again? The staff needs better training to handle these situations appropriately. I blame corporate for poor training and a low quality online ordering system, and also the first lady that "helped" my girlfriend for being incredibly rude. Service: 1

Always go to chipotle and get an extra steak bowl which normally goes well. This location is very skimpy on their serving sizes. Literally half a scoop of meat for the prices of 4-5$ extra is ridiculous. I let the employee serving me know im not okay with paying extra for very little meat and they still proceeded to charge me. Not coming here again as the service and serving sizes are ridiculous Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to and it should be shut down. The food quality is disgusting. It's always messy, even when it's quiet, and they charge you for stuff you didn't order Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
