Great location and food was well prepared, however that is where it ends: (1) EVERY single table in the eating area was dirty and clearly had not been wiped down in hours (2) The bathrooms were horrendous and parts of them have likely not been cleaned in months (3) The women's bathroom (according) to my wife had ZERO (YES ZERO) toilet paper in all 4 stalls My wife informed a female worker about the situation (who I had just seen stuffing napkins and straws into already full containers, yet the apocalypse was sitting right behind her) and on my way out I told two other workers who were sitting talking to one another in the seating area in front of the food station that the EVERY single table was dirty. The male worker (on July 3 at about 7pm PT) quickly told me his girl was handling that (the one I saw texting on her phone and stuffing the napkins container and my wife had just told her about the bathroom). I said, "Well, they were dirty the last time I was hear too." He gave me a snarky comment after that. I used to love Chipotle, but something happened with them and nearly ALL of them are like this one. Dirty, employees that are not friendly, etc. (or at least certainly this one). We should have eaten at the place next door - I wish people would take pride in what they do. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were passing through and needed a lunch break. Sadly their computers were down had no problem waiting for them. When it came back on there were 2 women trying to ask my mom the same things for 2 different peoples food at the same time. When asked to slow down since we wanted to get it right was told your tortilla will be cold. Ok. What does that have to do with making sure the correct items are in the burrito? Anyway we tried to explain shes hard of hearing. Then they put the wrong salasa on my Dad's bowl. He was fine with it but wasn't what he asked for. The other person was rushing us when I told them I am also getting 2 burritos. Did not listen to what I wanted on the burrito or the other bowl so we gave up. Once a different women noticed we were upset she said they would remake it. We unfortunate were on a time crunch. So we declined so we could eat and get back on the road. While the food was tasty and seemed nice and fresh why rush us then offer to remake it? We also are not trying to create food waste. Another negative was the lemonade dispensers were sticky and bathrooms were a little gross for both men's and women's. This chipotle is by FAR the worst chipotle I have gone to. The service was awful and the LACK of communication between staff is insane. As a fast food worker I would never give this type of service and they should be ashamed. Do not come here unless you want shitty service and be charged for the wrong things.
