Can’t even get to the food part. Cause every time I come in after 9p they just so happen to be cleaning. And when they go to make my food they go straight for the gloves. No washing hands first hand sanitizer nothing. That’s kind of gross. Meal type: Other Service: 1

The experience was absolutely awful. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. The ridiculous part was that 5 or more customers that came after me got their orders before me. I was given an excuse that the system was down and that they were short staffed. If that was the case, then why did people after me got their orders before me. It didn’t make any sense. The other ridiculous part was that there were 3 separate employees asking me about my order, and then right at 30 minutes, I was told my order was now being prepared. If that is how Chipotle operates, it is pathetic. Service: 1

I always have loved Chipotle Mexican Grill. I was a shareholder when they first went public. I was disappointed with my visit this time there ice machine was broke OK that's understandable but I went 4 days later it is still broke which is complete unacceptable. Someone in upper management has to start paying attention to the details!
