Not the most efficient location. I walked in and was promptly cut off by (I think) the shift manager while third in line saying they would not be taking counter orders until they were caught up with their mobile orders. Granted, they probably had about 15 mobile order folks in there waiting at the same time.

Came in around 6pm on a Friday. Was pleasantly surprised to see them what appeared to be appropriately staffed for a change. The feels changed quickly. Out of white rice. Out of veggies. Had to go to the pickup order prep area for barbacoa (wish they had just said out. Wasn’t great, tbh.) Skimped on the lettuce and cheese. Didn’t finish that entree. Chips weren’t really fresh. Also, heard them announce to the line that they couldn’t sell bowls while we were eating. To top it off, the ladies’ restroom was out of order. Less than stellar experience all around. So disappointing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
