It is like a usual Chipotle but if you are allergic to any of the food they serve, stay far far away. The serving spoons touches everything and is not clean :( when we went here, we noticed that the lettuce tongs are covered in random meat juice because they are using lettuce tongs to 'press' lettuce onto bowls that already has different meat into it. Same with corn, sour cream, and cheese serving spoons, these spoons are touching the meat in bowl/ burrito etc. And the same spoons covered in meat juice are used to serve veggie bowls. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Their serving spoons for vegetarian things are covered in meat juice. Not recommended if that feels icky to you. Dietary restrictions: Not good place for dietary restrictions

Was surprised to hear the employee I had a great experience with previously was fired. Seems like the General Manager is replacing all the good employees with ones that can't even speak or understand English. Might be some underlying problems or discrimination in the workplace and I'm not usually one to question it until it affects my order....I asked for carnitas in my bowl and the server just put a scoop of sofritas instead and started turning around singing in Spanish before I could correct them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle location. The staff did not confirm my order and ended up giving me the wrong ingredients. I specifically asked for lettuce and corn, but they added cheese instead. When I pointed it out, they refused to help remove it or fix the bowl. This is especially frustrating for someone who is trying to manage calories while working out. Adding ingredients like cheese significantly changes the nutrition, and it shouldn’t be difficult to correct a simple mistake. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened here either. On a previous visit, I asked for half chicken and half steak, but they gave me full portions of both, which ended up costing more than what I ordered. Overall, the lack of attention to orders and unwillingness to fix mistakes is disappointing. I hope the staff can improve communication with customers and confirm orders before finishing them. Update: Extremely frustrating experience. I clearly asked for half chicken and half steak, but the staff ignored or misunderstood the simplest part of the order: half. Somehow they understood “chicken” and “steak,” but not the portion instruction, and I ended up being given what looked like full portions of both — which feels like a way to charge customers more. This is basic order-taking, and the lack of attention was unacceptable. If staff cannot follow a simple request like “half chicken, half steak,” customers should not be the ones paying extra for their mistake. Very disappointing and honestly ridiculous.
