Ordered a Burrito Bowl through Doordash. Came with 90% rice and 10% meat and other stuff. In the end I tossed over half of the bowl with only dry rice left. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

What happened to Chipotle Mexican Grill at 2019 Chess Drive , San Mateo ? I've been going to them for over 10 years ! But now they refuse to make my favorite meal ! And for NO good reason what-so-ever !! A simple steak quesadilla !! I've been ordering that meal from them for years... even a few months ago !! BUT now they refuse !! With absolutely no explanation !! They have all of the ingredients right there in plain sight !! Flour tortilla , tortilla warmer and cheese.....DUH !!! I'm not asking for an Enchilada , or Chile Relleno , or Tamales or anything else that they don't have ingredients for !!! They'll make a Cheese Quesadilla but won't let me order steak on the side.....WTF !!! This is soooo STUPID and makes absolutely NO sense at all !!!! I tried to reason with the staff ...but they wouldn't budge ...They started talking to each other in Spanish and told me that they would make it for me if I paid them $50 for it...WTF !!!! That is sooooo NOT right !!!! I asked for the store managers ( Jesus Cervantes-Orpeza's ) phone # but they wouldn't give it to me because they said that I would just call and harass him...WTF !!!!! They also told me that if I wanted one I could order it on-line , off the children menu , at 1/2 the size and have it delivered...WTF!!!!!! Who knows where it's being made at ?? Who knows if that kitchen has been inspected by the health dept. ?? .....We all have already learned that Chipotle has been shut down before by the health dept. and then again not long ago !!!!! It's high time for us to not patronize them any more ...They don't deserve our business !!!!! There are plenty of very good family owned Mexican Restaurants that deserve our business instead .
