Worst chipotle I have ever been to. All meats were basically out of stock with no customers in the store. Also the worst customer service I have had at a chipotle, if your going to put an employee on the front line to make the order, make sure they are in a good mood, this lady was rolling her eyes at my kids over wanting hard shells for tacos and had an attitude the whole time. Will not return to this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

2nd time I have had raw meat from this place. 1st time was chicken . Not just under cooked but pink. This time did steak at least if undercooked it was beef...it cold and under cooked. Will never eat here again. No wonder they are slipping backwards. Yuk Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill with my husband and had a very disappointing experience. An employee young lady with bright pink hair was friendly and helpful toward her coworkers, but when it was our turn, her attitude completely changed. She was dismissive, gave attitude when I asked for toppings, and handled utensils in a careless, unprofessional way. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor customer service at this location—there seems to be a consistent lack of respect toward customers. If employees don’t want to interact with customers, they shouldn’t be in customer service roles. Very unprofessional and not a welcoming environment. I would not recommend this location. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
