Ordered a chicken protein cup. It came with steak. I took the cup and showed it someone that packing up to go orders. Seeing steak didn’t bother me much, I thought it was a one off incident as I usually have had nothing but positive experiences all across Washington area. What surprised me is her behavior when I took the food to her, she said just throw those pieces away and you have your chicken. I couldn’t believe what I heard and asked for a manager to speak to. She simply repeated what she said and when I insisted to talk a manager, she started to roll her eyes and laugh. Where on earth, is this kind of behavior normal or acceptable? Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Beef in the chicken bowl?

We ordered a build a meal kit that serves 4-6 people. Our containers were half full or less. In the recent past we received full containers for the exact same order. It was barely enough to feed 3 people. I reported an issue on the app and got no response. Reached out to online customer support 15 days after the order and was told it was too late for them to do anything about it. You have to report within 7 days??!! People are busy and can not always jump on sending an email. I am so surprised at the lack of customer support from corporate that I received! It is so sad! And based on the response below, they did not read my review because I commented that I did email customer support and was told I only had 7 days to report an issue. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

horrid experience. i ordered online and went there. no one was working on any of the online orders and everyone who are supposed to be working were chitchatting. when i asked when my order will be ready, they just said its jot yet time and continued to chit chat. chipotle has gone down in quality of service!! its stock fall reflects that.
