I’m giving this place a 1 because I cant give it a 0. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and both times were the worst experience ever. The first time was via the drive thru pickup and waited almost 20min at the window with no one attending to me. There was a huge line behind me so I finally knocked on the window and someone came to check in. The second time around I did in store pick up and received a notification that my order was ready at the pick up shelves when I get there nothing was there. It took me another 20min to get someone to help me look for my order. The kitchen looks a mess and the staff is very lazy and unorganized. I would skip this location if you’re looking for better service and etiquette. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff made the whole experience uncomfortable—no one seemed like they wanted to be there, and you could feel it in every interaction. The food looked dry and unappetizing, so I ended up walking out. Drove less than 8 minutes to the Qdoba in Westfield instead—10/10 would recommend that over this location. Service: 1

This Chipotle location is a masterclass in how to run a franchise into the ground. It is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, you are hit with a wall of blaring rap music that makes it impossible to even hear yourself think, let alone order. The staff doesn’t bother communicating; they just mumble and stare, treating every basic request like a massive inconvenience. Professionalism is non-existent here. The state of the kitchen is genuinely stomach-turning. There is a visible, filthy buildup of dirty dishes and containers cluttered throughout the open prep area. The service line is just as bad—sloppy, unkempt, and caked with old food. Nothing looks fresh. Flies everywhere. If you value your time, your appetite, or basic hygiene, stay far away from this location. It’s a disaster from the management down. UPDATE: Thank you for the response, but I’ve noticed that this same 'concerns to hear' message with the same link has been sent to dozens of other 1-star reviewers over the past year. Despite those reports, the issues with hygiene (flies, dirty dishes) and unprofessionalism remain exactly the same. It is clear that the feedback loop is broken. Instead of a link to a contact form, what is the management actually doing to address the sanitation and staffing issues that have plagued this location for 12+ months?
