I was working in the area (Elizabeth), and saw The Chippery; and decided to give it a try. The fish was what I look for in fish & chips; A flaky, moist, inside, with a crispy, golden, brown coating. The chips were excellent, round potato slices, once again, crisp and golden brown. Served with pride, as well. I will stop again if I'm in the area.
