Food was not good in comparison to cost. Atmosphere was crappy. Had a reservation and were sat in a walk way next to bathrooms and a huge extremely loud group. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Chives Restaurant is a one of kind restaurant in the Green Bay area that offers up some traditional and unique dishes though a little pricey, but it was delicious.
