Chizuru

Chizuru is a Japanese restaurant located on Okuuracho, in Goto. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, Chizuru offers both dine-in and takeaway options, although takeout preparations might require a bit more time, so it's recommended to call ahead. This restaurant is particularly popular among solo diners looking for a quick bite, offering dishes accompanied by alcoholic beverages such as beer.

Though the establishment lacks a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park, it accepts reservations and operates on a cash-only basis. Notable for its friendly service, Chizuru provides a table service dining experience reminiscent of a homely setting, akin to dining at a relative’s house. This characteristic can be either charming or off-putting, depending on your sensibilities, as some visitors have noted.

Despite its longstanding presence in the community, detailed, current information about Chizuru is scarce, even on popular restaurant websites — with only a basic Google profile providing any online visibility. There is no private parking available, but patrons typically make do with nearby street parking options, being mindful of public transportation access. The most recent visitor feedback dates back a year, suggesting a lack of owner-engaged updates.
