The coffee is good . But the food is terrible , it taste like pre-made food and heated in the microwave. The desert is cold , they just took it out from the fridge I don’t know if it’s their intention but tiramisu shouldn’t be frozen. And kind of over priced too , don’t get me wrong, it’s cheap compared to other countries like Japan or America but the quality is bad compared to the price

Found this cozy café (love the vibes!) across the road from my hotel Cho Hotel 3. This Cho Café is next to Cho Hotel, yup all same chain on the same Kunming Road, in Ximending. Tried their waffles and coffee first as a dessert, after having lunch elsewhere a few days ago. The waffles looked too pretty to eat. Coffee was good without an aftertaste. Came back two days later to try their lunch menu, braised beef with rice. Yummy! Beef was tender enough for my picky taste buds. Service was fast and attentive. A great place to relax and just 发呆 be lost in your own thoughts on a rainy day. Strongly recommended! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
