Pretty much fascinated by what others have told about this place, and the reviews on zomato I went here really excited. But, after my first visit I have come across pretty much disappointed about this place due to few reasons. Let me start from the ambience, it's somewhere in between average to good. But, they could certainly improve it's standards in terms of maintainance n etc. And, I really wish the hookah smokers get their own cabin/room n the rest could be in the common area dining in peace. Because, not everyone is a fan of smoke all around them, while dining.
Talking about the service which is really poor. The girl who came to take the order didn't have a notepad or tab to notedown what we were saying. And, after a while every now n then she came back to us to clarify, forgetting the product name. She did this with 2-3 items. And, second she forgot one product completely. And, after we've finished eating all that we've ordered, we had to ask where the item was n place the order again as she has completely forgotten it. It's due to the poor management, that she's not been given the correct guidance. And, not to forget, I realised that girl was the only one taking orders and serving food even on a rush weekend day. There's not even one more person moving actively to share the work load.
The food was of course 'absolute delight'. And, I was head over heels in love with almost everything I ordered. The nutella milkshake was so thick n creamy. The BBQ Grilled Chicken Salad was another delicacy. The Garlic Wedges were okay, not too bad, not too great. The Steak Burger was so yummy. Except for the bun which didn't look so fresh. The Chilli Prawn Pasta was super yummy. That I would recommend everybody who goes there to try that out. Plus we had some strawberry flavoured chiller which was also good.
In regards to price the food is totally worth it.

Although, their food is really good, I just wish they improve themselves in other areas as well.
